Multi-level Auto Attendant allows callers to work down a tree structure of menus, refining their requirements at every level until they reach their desired destination. For example:
"Press 1 for Sales. Press 2 for Accounts"

"Thank you for pressing 1 for Sales, please choose one of the following options."
Use this form when performing the following tasks:
The maximum number of menu levels is 10.
Call Flows always override MLAA (Multi-level Auto Attendant) programming.
